Open manage application issue
Hi,
when I click on the server administrator then i got this error on my IE browser below.
HTTP status 403 -
type - status report
message
description - access to the specified resource has been forbidden
Apache tomcat / 7.0.39
server details: PE 2950, windows server 2003 r2

Try https://localhost:1311 on another browser.
You may need to do a repair install, or better yet, uninstall it and install the latest version.

Opening https://localhost:1311 in Chrome worked for me. I was able to get to Open Manage that way. Thanks!
