OpenManage Array Manager firmware report differ from Device manager

Hi,
We have a PowerEdge 2500 running Windows server 2000. After upgrading OpenManage array manager to 4.3 (application version 3.7.0). The array manager utility report that the PERC3/DI version is 2.7.0(3153)/6076 but it requires 2.8.0(6092)/6076.
The Device manager reports that the PERC3/DI device driver version is 2.8.0.6085. The Device manager does not report any errors, the OpenManage Array manager displays the caution triangle on the PERC3 device, and the application can not hold the connection to the server, and needs to be re connected.

Our users are reporting that takes a long time to download files (other network downloads seem to be fine), could that discrepancy cause delays in downloading files? In any case how does one go about fixing this error?

Thanks,

Dov

Cause one is the firmware and the other one is the driver. Try update both anyways.

Here is the list of the updates you may need: Install them in the order as listed and reboot after each one.

*Note: Do backups!
