Yamid,

Is there any thing listed with the error, such as Bus# Device# and Function #?
Also, when you removed the expansion cards, did you also remove or reseat the Raid Controller as well?

Lastly, try taking the server to a Minimum to Post configuration. Remove everything from inside the server but the following,

  • System board
  • Processor (with heatsink) in socket 1
  • One stick of memory in slot 1
  • 1 power supply
  • Power distribution board
  • Control panel (to turn on system)

Then power up to see if it clears POST.

Let me know what you find in regards to the complete error.

Did you ever get a response for this?

I have the same issue. I upgraded the memory on a R805 and put in a Dell 2 Port Gb Ethernet card. I got this on startup.

I have stripped the memory and reseated all but the original and removed the ethernet card. But I cannot clear this post now.

I just hope the ethernet card di not barf on something.

Any help very much appreciated.
