PE 1855 Blade Server NIC problems

I just got my first PE1855 Blade Server with 10 blades and everything went well until I installed the network cables. 

Message: "Network cable unplugged"

Nothing wrong in the logs, the device manager, (Win2k3Srv), or DRAC.

I tested the network cable with a laptop and it works fine.

I/O 1 = Gb Pass-through Module
I/O 2 = Gb Pass-through Module
I/O 3 = Empty
I/O 4 = Empty

Is there anything else to hooking up these Gb Pass-through modules ... other than plugging them in and turning the chassis in?  I can find no configuration guides for them.  Am I missing any documented help?
