I would recommend against using USBKeyPrep if it didn't work - it is a bit flaky.
Use nLiteOS.com to integrate the driver into your installation media (it will create a new CD to install from).
Alternatively, you can download the latest version of SBUU (Systems Build and Update Utility) ... boot to that first, and it will walk you through setting up RAID and installing the OS, installing all needed drivers along the way.
