PE2970 Systemboard PN

Question

Hi Guys I'm trying to build a DR server for one of my client they have the following base spec: PE2970 2 x 2.5GHz Quad 2380 4 x 2GB Memory   The problem that i'm having is that i can not get our server to bootup or post, It should be either the systemboard or the CPU that is  at fault here, I can not find anything online or dell website regards to this problem. I have a CY813 systemboard and 2 x Normal 0 T922J CPU Can anyone tell me if  CY813 supports the Quad core CPU's and if not what PN systemboard i will need   Thanks William

Do any lights or fans come on?  If so, is the LCD panel amber or blue?  If amber, what is the error code(s) scrolling?  It could also be the backplane or riser card(s).  I would attempt to reseat all components and cables.
