Hello

Thats the problem. There ARE no error messages now. It just doesnt give any display, without any warning/errors/indications on the screen or LCD front panel.

Regards,

John

Did the client put all the parts back that he removed before calling you and telling you that it just doesnt work?

Your indication is no power and or damaged cpu, ram, power supply.

Its DEAD. there is no analysis that can be done.
Its been killed.

Blue vs AMBER screen means some things are working.

You have to take out parts and figure out whats the error.

This means get a monitor and keyboard and haul it out of the rack and put it on table and see.

Clear the NVRAM

Remove all cards noting where they go in what slot.

Remove all ram and does it beep?

This is not rocket science its basic computer repair.

Hello

Thank you for replying.... No No, Im sorry for the confusion. its not exactly DEAD.. when I power it ON, it starts all its fan and the front LCD panel is Blue. It just doesnt give any display on the monitor.
It just stays this way forever. and I dont believe the customer did anything with the server.

Regards,
John

Hello

Our local Dell diagnosis have speculated that a  Part # 5Y203 - ASSY, SWT BOX, AC, V3, P6600  is faulty and needs to be replaced. This is a calculated guess, however, and the delivery time is estimated to be 2 months...
*bummer*
Good luck with yours

John
