Good morning Ahmed,
I am sorry to hear of your E2022 POST Fail issue. You can try the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Reduce the server down to the minimum to POST
a. Power down the server, remove the power cord and hold the power button in to clear the remaining power off the board.
b. Open the case, reduce the memory down to 1 DIMM in Slot 1, disconnect the optical drive, remove the PERC controller, disconnect the drives from the backplane slightly. Remove any other cards. If you have 2 processors, remove the 2nd one. If you have redundant power supplies, disconnect the 2nd unit.
c. Power up the server and observe the LCD display. If it comes up with the E2022 failure message again, power down and swap the processors, and power up again.
d. If the error remains, most likely the motherboard has failed and will need to be replaced.
Regards,
