Power Edge T420 cannot load OS
I have a Power Edge T420 which cannot load the operating system. It has two mirrored hard drives, both show as online. When I ran system diagnostics, all tests came back successful. However, when I load in BIOS mode, it says "cannot find boot device." When I load in UEFI mode it says "unavailable: windows boot manager". I am using Windows Server 2012 R2 and BIOS firmware 2.3.3

Hello,
Is this a new deployment, or a new issue on a server that's been in-place?
It sounds like the server is having issues with the Windows bootloader. If that's the case and it is a new deployment, you can clear that out with an NVRAM clear by using the jumper on the motherboard. Once that's cleared, I would set the boot mode to either BIOS or UEFI (whichever you intend to use permanently), then install the OS. You may need to download the driver for your PERC for the installation, I don't recall what model PERCs that OS already had drivers for.
If it is an existing in-place system, then I would look at OS repair troubleshooting steps. If you can't get the system to give you anything Windows related at all, you might need to try to recover from the Windows disk. If you're at least able to get into the advanced boot menu, you might be able to try various repair options, like the last known good config.
