The beep code you mention does not sound like a normal code. This is a list of the normal beep codes found on the PowerEdge 6350:

I would recommend checking any external peripherals, PCI cards and the memory riser boards do ensure they are properly seated.

The PERC card can give this LONNNNNNG beep when its unhappy.

At what point in the POST will this happen?  I am getting the long beep at the memory scan, early in the process.
