AB amber, CD Green is an error on the memory. But after the troubleshooting you have done, doesn't seem to have a memory problem anymore, probably the motherboard need a re-seat of the DIMM.
An amber on the system light might show there is an error that needs your attention. Could be from the previous error. To clear them:

Hi Matt,
AB amber, CD Green is an error on the memory. But after the troubleshooting you have done, doesn't seem to have a memory problem anymore, probably the motherboard need a re-seat of the DIMM.
An amber on the system light might show there is an error that needs your attention. Could be from the previous error. To clear them:
1) Download the linux version of DSET: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/my/en/mylca1/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-860?driverId=R307644&osCode=RHEL5&fileId=2731119514&languageCode=EN&categoryId=DI
2) Collect the logs of the server for reference later, or to check errors. Option[1]. The readme file will help you execute correctly.
3) After collecting the reports, use the DSET again to clear the logs. Option [3] if i am not wrong.
Let me know the outcome.

Hi Matt,
My bad - I assumes it was Linux Red Hat.
DSET wouldn't work on OpenMediaVault.
There is 2 other ways to clear. Let's try the easy one first. When you reboot, during POST, do you see Ctrl-E? If yes, when prompted, press control-E.
In the option, there is an option to view and clear logs.
Give it a try, and let me know.
