F10 is to run diags. If that isn't installed, then you will get that message. F2 is for the system BIOS. Unless you have added a RAID controller, ie a SAS 5/iR (ctrl+c on POST) or a PERC 5/i (a ctrl+r on POST) you can only do software RAID. If you are looking at going from a standalone drive to a driver/hardware RAID then you will need to reinstall once the RAID has been created.

I didn't set up the computer, I just installed trixbox. It had been in production for a few years before I got here.
