Hello rofiq_s,
As we see the issue follow the DIMM then I would recommend to replace that DIMM at your earliest convenience.

@Dell -Charles R Hello,thanks for the reply and heads-up.. I'm planning to replace the DIMM as soon as possible to be safe.Is there any documentation regarding the ERROR/MESSAGE ID?
