Hiya Shine,

Thanks for the response!

I did make sure all of the sleds were updated to the latest and greatest last week via the lifecycle controllers.

Ambient temperature in the room is 65 degrees Fahrenheit and temps are showing good via the onboard sensors, I've never quite seen anything like it ;).

Best Regards,

Chris W.

Hiya,

This is a server that runs at about 40% utilization at all times, I have another unit that runs at least 60-80% utilization with no issues.

I'm not too sure that is the issue.

Can you also check whether FCB is also at latest firmware level. you can download latest FCB FW for C6300 chassis from below link. You can find installation instructions also on the same page under "Installation instructions" section

Just wanted to post an update and bump this.

I found some failed firmware updates on one of the sleds. I ran them and then fan issues changed a bit.

Now the fans are running at full speed all the time.

I have no pending updates on any of the sleds, and show no errors in any of the logs.

Hi, here’s what I’d do:

The failed update-> bring it up to the same as the other ones first, then find the time when it’s ok for your to cold powercyle. Also pull the powercode out from the PDU as well.
