Poweredge error messages

CAN ANYBODY GIVE ANY HELP OR GUIDANCE WITH THIS?????

I have a Poweredge 2550 that was running Windows 2000 (and has been running fine for a while), that I was going to upgrade to Windows 2003.  I opened up the machine to check the memory config and after verifying that I was using all 4 slots closed the machine up.   After that the  drives (scsi) could no longer be seen, also in the POST boot I do not have the option to go into the Scsi Select....  (I have checked and double-checked all the physical connections in the box to make sure I didn't accidently disconnect a cable, I did not.

On POST boot I get the following error message/warnings:

Invalid NVRAM configuration, Resource Re-allocated (I get this every time) (f1 to continue, f2 for setup)
No Boot device available (every time) (f1 to continue, f2 for setup), obviously I cannot continue.

I am running:
 BIOS version A09 (re-applied today)
 ESM firmware 5.5
Primary backplan Controller 1.32 (upgraded from 1.3 today to attempt to fix the problem)

When I run the Dell Diagnostics I get the following errors on the ESM:

Any help/guidance would be appreciated.
