Poweredge R710 - Nested Hyper-V

Question

I have a Poweredge R710 which I use for testing. It's running Hyper-V Server 2016 (i.e. the free hypervisor). Is nested virtualisation possible on this server, and if so is there a BIOS setting which needs changing? When I try to enable Hyper-V on a VM (W10 Pro) I get 'the processor does not have the required virtualisation capabilities'. Is this actually a hardware limitation or will it work with a settings change?
