Hello,
With iDRAC initialization failures there are a handful of things you can try.
1) Unplug the server from source power and then hold the power button for ~30 seconds. Plug it back in and power up to check for behavioral changes.
2) If no change, power down and move the NVRAM jumper on the motherboard to the common and uncovered pins on the standoff. There is an image of the jumper location in the owner's manual.
3) You can also try reflashing the iDRAC firmware. This is generally not successful in this condition, but there have been a few anomalies where the iDRAC would still let me flash it in this condition.

Unfortunately, the only other thing I know to do would be to swap the motherboard. With this being a 12G, the iDRAC is built into the motherboard, so replacing only the iDRAC wouldn't be an option.

I would get the latest version of the board. According to the parts list I'm looking at, the latest version was revision 7. Looks like the part number is 020HJ, and would be available in all countries, except China and Russia.

I saw 4-6 different mobo version/revision. I must get an exact same part number mobo or its a future prof is if i get a newer revision? We can talk from it in privite if you wish to light me up about it!

The differences in the board revisions isn't something I have access to. They use the same BIOS updates, so the boards are still going to be very similar. I would suspect that differences would probably be very small, such as different runs of IC packages, or minor adjustments that I don't have visibility to.
