I am thinking about upgrading the processor in my SC430. Here is the current processor according to Sandra:

I am wondering what I can upgrade to (i would like a dual-core) and what socket etc......

You can upgrade to a dual core Pentium D. it will work in the cpu socket you have, LGA775 (Socket T).Any processor that fits into a lga775 socket you can put into it. I recommend you look around newegg (newegg.com), they have some good deals from time 2 time.
