I have a Dell PowerEdge T140 server here that won't start up. Still on "Loading BIOS Drivers." BIOS version: 2.7.1What can i do.

Power drain the Server and check if the issue is same follow the Below AP:-
Power off the Server.
check on min config ( no Raid card, min ram and CPU)
power on the Server check the status.
increase the component one by one and you will find if there is any fault in the system.
please let us know once done.
