PowerEdge T310 BMC web GUI
All docs that I have read say that I should be able to access the BMC via web interface. I have tried both http and https but no luck. I verified that I can PING the BMC just fine, and I can access it through the impish utility fine too. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Hi mlangdon61,
What internet browser that you have tried to access to BMC? - For T310, it's DRAC now that is replacing BMC.
Have you update your JAVA on your internet browser to the lastest?

I have tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox. It's definitely NOT a Java issue. It just cannot find the website. IE says, "This page cannot be displayed". Chrome says, "This webpage is not available".

Hi there,
Let's try some other troubleshooting then.
For this test round, could you set your internet explorer to the lowest security possble? - Turn off the system firewall.
Here's a previous past post where a reset of the IE works: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/servers/f/177/t/19203612

T310 server will come with BMC and iDRAC option. If your server have only BMC then you can not access it using Web GUI. You can confirm this by rebooting the server. During POST you can press Ctrl E to get in to Remote Access Configuration utility and check whether you have BMC or iDRAC on the server.
