Poweredge T430 Upgrade issues

I have a T430 that I am pressing into renewed service and I am attempting some upgrades.  I upgraded the ram using (8) Hynix 32GB 2RX4 PC4-2400T Dimms and it was recognized without issue.  However when I swapped out my 2 E52623 v4 cpus for E5-2680 V4 the system boots but does not recognize some of the ram.  Some testing shows it follows the slot on the MOBO and not the ram and is unaffected by a reversal of the 2 CPU's. I am wondering if my 1+1 495w PSU's are the issue.  I had considered an upgrade and the manual suggests that the how swap units can be replaced with the upgraded ones however I often see a upgrade kit sold with the control board and I am unsure if the control board if different from the 495W and 1100w units.  I have considered trying 2 new cpu's next but any other insights would be welcome.

Eric_Robbins,

We would need some additional information in order to determine the issue. Would you confirm a couple of things for me?

Is the BIOS and iDrac up to date, if not what revision are they at?

What is the part number for the Hynix dimms?

When the E5-2680 is installed with all the dimms, which dimms aren't being recognized?

What is the memory mode configured for?

Are there any errors being displayed under any of the configurations, if so what are they?

Lastly, if the issue was due to too small of a power supply you would see an error stating the existing hardware is exceeding its power ability.

Let me know what you see.
