Poweredge800 video driver

Question

When I look at my Display Properties>Settings, the advanced button is grayed out and I cannot adjust any settings.  I assume it is because I have only the most basic driver installed (but I am probably wrong).   I have made no adjustments since I got the machine 6 months ago.  Can anyone tell me where I can find approrpiate drivers?   The only reason I want to upgrade the driver - if it necessary - is because I am trying to install Bloomberg and I am told that the refresh rate is too low for a particular Bloomberg service.  I should be grateful for any help.
