Problem installing the OS software package. Dell R320

Question

Hello, First of all I want to apologize for my angel because I am French and not very good in English So my problem is that, when I go to LifeCycle then in os deployment and that I select the local deployment mode I inform the access point to install the driver OS deployment (Dell OS Driver Pack, Version 14.10.02), it tells me as code SUP0527 and that the update package is not supported. So I would like to know if it is the Dell OS Driver Pack that is very relevant for my server? if yes tell me the OS Driver pack which is the most recent for the Dell Poweredge R320 server.

How are you installing driver pack. Are you using iDRAC. Also let me know what error are you getting when try to install driver pack

Can you update it through iDRAC. Let me know what iDRAC FW and license you have on iDRAC. I would also suggest to update iDRAC to latest FW and try the same

If the Idrac card is no longer present at the back of the weaner does that mean that I cannot use it? because I don't have an idrac card it's a repackaging server delivering without its idrac card that's why I do it with a usb.

So to install I use the lifecycle in firmware update, and I get the error that the update package is not supported. error code: SUP0527

You should still have the iDRAC 'basic' functionality using shared connectivity on one of the LOM's.
