PROC_1 Status Processor Sensor IERR

Question

I have upgraded the BIOS to A05...Running Windows Small Business Server 2003   But the system often locks up from cold start...power fully off and then starting...sometime it locks up when restarting system.   The error in Dell ESM is 'PROC_1 Status Processor Sensor IERR' and 'PROC_2 Processor Status IERR'   Please advise.
