Q Logic single port card is not working
Hi,
I have facing some issue with q logic single port HBA card in PE-710. In this HBA card is not working and all three LED IS now blinking at once. now server is in production.

Would you clarify a few things for us?
Could you be more specific in regards to which model Qlogic card is installed? There are a few available, such as the QLE2560 or QLE2460 to name a couple.
Could you also let me know if this is a T710 or an R710 as well?
What is the OS installed on the server?
Lastly, what revision is your BIOS, and iDrac at currently as well?
I ask these questions so that we can clarify that the driver and firmware are current for the card, as well as the BIOS is current to be able to communicate with the card.
Let me know what you find.
