R620 HANDLING MCE MEMORY ERROR
Suddenly started seeing the below error message on the kernel log.
kernel: sbridge: HANDLING MCE MEMORY ERROR
kernel: CPU 1: Machine Check Exception: 0 Bank 10: 8800005000800092
A google search seems to suggest that this is an issue with the ram and that it might be on the decline.
Is this a cause for worry? Should we look at replacing the ram on the server?

Hi,
Was the error happening regularly or just once? Try running hardware diagnostics from the lifecycle controller, F10 during POST.

Hi Josh,
Thank you for the reply.
Will check that.
After the issue started happening, the messages keep repeating. Rebooted the server once. Will update further on what is seen now.
