R620 Platform Specific Bootable ISO corrupt // Cannot firmware update
I'm trying to update my r620's firmware to the most recent versions (everything is out of date) but I can't update it, when I try upload a file to idrac to update something, the update always fails. When I try to use the default dell catalog, I get "unable to install packages (SUP0531)" as an error for every package. I tried to download the iso for the update tool, but the isos are corrupt/broken/invalid and I cannot flash them onto a usb with rufus as they're missing data
How do I update the firmware?

Hello @wiryfuture,
Ok, so let's get back to basics. Let's pick up a component and check its current version so we cant try to update it. I would suggest updating the iDRAC firmware first.
What is your current version? If it is too old, don't go straight to the latest version because this could cause errors. Instead, try the next firmware version. For example, this is the last iDRAC firmware version for the R620.
Don't use this version directly. Scroll down till "Version" and select the next version to your current one. Then download the "Update Package for Microsoft Windows 32 bits" (a .exe). And make sure to follow this article Update Dell PowerEdge Servers firmware remotely using the iDRAC the part 3 for iDRAC7 or iDRAC8.
Let me know the result and if you get any errors share a screenshot please.
Regards.
