r710 power supply errors...
I recently installed a iDRAC6 enterprise in my R710 and then upgrade the firmware to the latest 1.99. After doing this I noticed that I was having PSU issues. I have two 570W PSU in the r710 and both of them show up but one is failing now with a under voltage error. However this only occurs when both of the power supplies are in the r710. When just the troubled power supply is in the R710 everything is fine. I don't understand how if the power supply was bad it would only have problems when another powersupply was in the unit as well.
The other weird thing is the firmware versions reported on the iDRAC.
One supply states it is at 02.08.00. The failing one states 08.07.00.
From what I can tell on the support site firmware Version 00.01.32,A02 is the latest...

In addition to this error I am getting another error regarding not having enough power if I try to use my LSI HBA SAS card 9200-8e. If I look in the DRAC my max power usage is a little over 200 watts and I don't think this little card uses more than 20 Watts so I don't know how I could possibly be out of power. How does the R710 do this calculation and is there anyway to get it to ignore the error. It goes into an infinite reboot cycle right now.
System log showing both the above and current error.

I have tried swapping the PSU but whichever slot that the PSU is in is the one that fails (so long as both are installed). I am already running the most up to date bios. Additionally this failure happens immediately when there are two PSUs and is very reproducible (it never doesn't happen). As for the LSI HBA SAS card, non of the other PCI slots are populated and I have 2x5650 and 12x8G mem installed. There are all six disk bays populated with 1TB sata drives.

bad: CN-OJ98GF-16293-980-00FP-A01
good: CN-OT327N-16293-08S-02RR-A00
I tried both PCI (855) 935-7526 *** and PCI 4 with no luck on the card. I will look over the manual again to see if there is a perferred slot that I am missing.
