Hi,
Try disconnecting all devices except the monitor. Try removing all pci-e cards and bring the memory to a single stick per processor. You can try the power supplies one at a time.

I performed the actions you suggested but unfortunately no luck.

Is the server under warranty? It could be a bad system board or processor.

The server is no longer under warranty unfortunately.
I was hoping to try my luck here.

The symptoms sound like a system board issue, so that would be the first part I would try to replace.
