R740 Reliability

I am working on a industrial reliability analysis. I need to model the Dell R740 they are using in parallel with other equipment to obtain a system value. The general description of this server is:

Poweredge R740 Rack Mount Server, 4 2.5 300GB hot plug hard drives, Raid 1, Windows Server 16. I have a further list of details I can provide if needed.
