Raid Adapter Memory Error SDRAM Connections

Question

Dear All I Have  Poweredge 2950 the problem with Error. With Card Adapter RAID no Memory Error message RAID Adapter Memory Error !!! Please check the SDRAM Connection And i was remove Pin RAM,but still. In This case what i problem? RAID or Memory. For All repply i would to say Thank You Very Much My RAID No Memory From the Answer to update Firmware...You Mean from Open Manager or from where.

Which RAID controller do you have? Perc 5/i or Perc 6/i? You can change the DIMM on the Perc 5/i, but not on the Perc 6/i.

The part number for the Perc 5/i replacement DIMM is:

6R829

256MB DIMM, 200MHz, 32X72, 8K, 240, 1RX16 (PERC 5i)
