Raid rebuild taking too long
Hello.
I added an extra 1 Tera disk to an existing RAID 6 with 6 disks on a Dell R510 server to increase storage space.
I then rebuild the RAID but it is rebuilding for more than 14 hours. There are no errors and I can see the percentage increasing. Is is normal to take so much time?

SATA are especially slow, and if you are crazy enough to have used desktop/laptop/consumer drives, then longer is even more normal.
