i've had a similar problem, although on a different platform. I just took it to mean that the dimms in question are bad.  Some of them only report half their size so i throw them in the recycle bin.  Happened to me on 8 gig dimms though, which was unfortunate.

Hi, does somebody has the same issue and how he resolve it?

If modifying RAMs position, does this resolve the issue ?

Like Mtexter posted; you may have bad memory. Remove the dimms and test adding dimms at a minimum number at a time to find which dimm(s) are bad.
