Ram unsupported

Question

Hello

i have a r710 now and it had 1 2Gb stick from samsung (https://serverhome.nl/2gb-2rx8-pc3-10600r-ddr3-1333-ecc-samsung-p-n-m393b5673eh1-ch9-server-memory/)

i bought 6 32gb sticks that should work but when i insert them the system lcd keeps stuck on system booting

when i try to insert all the sticks with the 2gb also, it boots up and tells from all the other slots where the 32gb sticks are located that they are unsupported dimms

what am i doing wrong i tried 1 stick all the 6 in the white slots and i just don’t know it anymore is it wrong ram?

i have the 2x E5520

Kyano,

I am not seeing the dimms as supported, and also would want to refer you to page 129-134 here. This is so you can ensure that you are populating the correct slots, as well as following the population guidelines.
