Boot into the LifeCycle Controller (LCC) using F10 key during POST. Go to Hardware Configuration -> Repurpose or Retire the System and then select all the features you would like to delete or wipe off the system. This will restore the system to factory default.

There is no "factory reset" button or function. You need to reinstall the Operating System.
Go into the RAID controller and DELETE and RECREATE the Virtual Disk (RAID array).
Then boot to your OS installation media.
