That is something that would be handled on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer accidental damage/complete care warranties on our servers or racks/rails, so if you physically damage something on purpose or accidentally it is not covered by any warranty. The only way I can see justifying replacement of bent rails is if they were received that way or there was some type of defect.
If you have a non-standard/custom warranty then it may also be covered.
