Return Policy
May I know is the "return policy" can ONLY apply in U.S. ?
Dell Hong Kong has rejected us to return or exchange the product which is pruchased directly from Dell whiich is Dell PowerEdge R310 Dell PowerVault MD1200

Dell in different countries has different return policies. Also; some equipment has a "no return" policy (some of Dell's SAN offerings for example).
The US policy only applies to Dell US sold equipment. Check the return policy for your local Dell website for your options.
