Server won't boot
I have a Dell T420 server running Windows 2012. It won't boot.
It starts to boot but when it get to the line
"Dell ATA AHCI BIOS version 1.0.2"
then stops and goes no further. Worked with Dell Chat for 7 hours but unable to resolve
Any ideas?

Hello
It sounds like it is not completing POST. It does not appear to be a boot issue. Are you able to enter the system BIOS, a controller BIOS, or any other hardware BIOS? Are you able to boot to media like an OS DVD?
If the system is not completing POST then perform no POST troubleshooting. Start removing hardware that is not required for POST like devices connected via USB or PCIe cards.
