Believe the BIOS is the latest available. But not connected according to the scheme, since the server came in such a kit. It turns out that I need more components so that the system can start without an error?

Can you check whether your system have latest BIOS and iDRAC FW installed. Is the error seen recently after any changes on the server? Can you also ensure your server cables properly. You can refer below link for cabling and see whether it is cabled based on the configuration you have

Hello Andy2010,
I don't want to assume your issue is the same as original poster.
Could you give a screen image of any errors you are seeing?
Initially I can recommend try a flea power drain, reseat your cables and riser, and make sure the BIOS and iDRAC are on the latest firmware.
drain flea power (shut down, disconnect power cables and Network cables, hold in power button 20 seconds with cords removed). After flea power drain, system has to set for 3 minutes for DRAC to reset without any power plugged in, reseat cables and risers during this time. Then plug in NIC and power but wait 2 minutes before power on to give DRAC time to initialize.

Hello, it looks like the original configuration has changed. Has the upgrade directly bought from Dell sales? This is where you need to contact, I'm told.
Respectfully,
