We might need the help from the community, I'm unsure if we can answer this directly to your query on how to test the SNMP using powershell. I found some information, but I don't have a test unit to check if it can work. I found this youtube video: https://dell.to/40zpTds that is able to send a test event to the SNMP trap tool. But I'm unsure if you're able to send 1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.200.10.1.2 (systemStateGlobalSystemStatus) as the test trap. Maybe you can try it and let us know.
