Start up trouble; please help!!!

Dear sir,
    
        Here is my situation.  During setup the network to all computer, I accidently fill in IP address to PE1850 same to another computer in the network. Then everytime I start up this PE1850, BIOS will show up this massage.
 
                                                                                                                                           F2 = Setup
                                                                                                                                 F10 = Utility Mode
                                                                                                                                   F12 = PXE Boot
Two 3.6 GHz Processors , Processor Bus: 800 MHz, L2 Cache: 1 MB

                Any way I could solve this trouble? Any answer are greatly appreciate.

Suiggest backing up drive 0 then reinitialising it. You have a predictive failure occurring on this drive.
