Suggestion for PCI-Ex to M.2 NVME Adapter

Hi guys, I recently bought an R750XS and would like to use a PCI-Ex to M.2 NVME adapter that is at least manufactured by Dell to avoid warranty issues. I have other HP servers and I even have a Dell T110 where I already use a simple adapter card from the Orico brand and it works perfectly in the respective PCI-Ex slots. After the purchase of this new server I would like to buy something that is manufactured by Dell but that is for simple use, today the same adapter that I already use in the servers mentioned and works perfectly in this new server and I can even boot and run windows on it, but I would like to know if Dell has its own adapter that is simple like the Orico brand for this simple use.

here the adapter i use and works 100%: ORICO M.2 NVME to PCI-E Adapter, M2 SSD to PCI-e 3.0 x16 Host Controller Expansion Card with Low Profile Bracket, Support M Key Solid State Drive - Newegg.com

I've sent a few emails to the Dell technicians and they all recommend the cards that are much more robust and that just goes in their manual and these cards are more than I need. I've seen some Dell boards that are M.2 SATA and the Dell technician hasn't confirmed or doesn't know if it works, so I would like to know from you here in the community if you have experience or even indication of the board that is functional with the R750XS, in theory the boards even though they don't show on their website the server that works, the protocol is universal and it's supposed to work, but as the Dell employee itself didn't know how to answer, I came to you.

the card I found on Dell's website was this one:
placa controladora cartão BOSS, perfil baixo | Dell Brasil

and

BOSS controller cartão, perfil baixo, Customer Kit | Dell Brasil

I saw that these two are of the M.2 SATA type, the real doubt is if there is any of these but that works M.2 NVME.

I believe that Dell technicians cannot recommend something that is out of the server manual and this makes me sad because I had this same question with HP in the past and the technicians had no doubt and recommended me several and even indicated this one from the Orico brand but with caveats that the adapter card would not be covered by the warranty because it is not from HP but that this would not influence the warranty of the server because it is putting a card that is not from the manufacturer itself

Sorry for big text and porr english
