If you go to the server support page and select Drivers for OS Deployment in the category drop-down you should see two OS driver packs.

USC - Use the USC OS driver pack if you just have a BMC and not an iDRAC express or enterprise module.

LCC/LCE - Use the LCC OS driver pack if you have an iDRAC express or enterprise module.

The OS driver pack will update the available drivers for OS installation from within the USC or LCC. If you still need individual drivers for OS deployment you can find all available drivers on the system support page.

I'm having the same issue on myT310, I'm trying to install 2012 R2. I boot to UEFI select my OS from the usb it starts to install and I get an error saying it can't finish because of the drivers. I have downloaded the driver pack here [ https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/product-support/product/poweredge-t310/drivers ] to a usb but cant seem to get them to load. I even extracted them to the usb and neither USC or UEFI will see them what gives what am I doing wrong
