T330 rack mount kit
I'm looking for a part number or link to purchase the rack mount kit for a T330 tower server.

"Your system can be converted from tower mode to rack mode.
To convert your system from tower mode to rack mode, you require the tower-to-rack conversion kit, which contains the following items:
- Rack ears (left and right) with three screws each
- VGA module included with the control panel for rack mode
- A pair of rails (optional)"
So I'm looking for all three of those in one kit.

That includes the VGA module and rails?
Where can I buy it if it's not online?
I see it for sale in Hong Kong and Malaysia.

No, it does not include rails. It includes:
