T420 RAID 1 disk replacement

Hello, I've got a T420 with a RAID 1 and one of the disk is offline because it´s failing. I want to replace it , my raid 1 has two disk of 2 TB (P/N 0NRG1W) , I buy a new disk but the vendor sent me a disk of 2 TB with the same features of the P/N 0NRG1W , the problem is that the new disk is P/N HDEPR83DAB51. Can I install the new disk in my server and the RAID controller would detect an install it in my Raid? If someone can help me I will be very grateful.

These drives appear to be of matching specs (2TB SATA 7.2k), so it should work. If OpenManage Server Administrator is installed on the server, you can verify that the rebuild is occurring under the Storage section, as well as choosing to replace member disk or to set a drive to RAID mode, if the rebuild doesn't automatically begin.

Is the new drive a Dell-branded drive? It might be the same specs, and even the same manufacturers model, but if it is not a certified disk, it may explain why it is not behaving as expected.
