I reviewed a couple videos and reset the NVRAM, but I am still getting the same error. 

Is the second processor which you installing is same as first one? Can you share the exact error message seen while installing DIMM on B1 or B2 slot?

Hi, they Processors are exactly the same. The exact error message is:

The Dual Inline Memory Module (DIMM) in the memory slot B1 is disabled because of initialization errors caused by uncorrectable memory errors, invalid configuration and others

What BIOS and iDRAC FW you have on the server? Can you install latest BIOS and iDRAC FW and check the behavior?

The Server has the latest. BIOS 2.14.2 and iDRAC 5.10.10.00. I did it before installing the second CPU.

I suspect a failure on the B1 slot in this case. Did you tried to swap memory and see that the issue is not on the DIMM bank?

Also please can you try to swap CPUs between them?

-Did you tried to swap memory and see that the issue is not on the DIMM bank? YES, I installed the memory in B1 and I was having the issues. I moved it to B2 and I still have the issue. (Please review my first comment).
 -Also please can you try to swap CPUs between them? I swap the CPU's and both of the work as single CPU. I can start the server with one CPU and 64G of RAM. I have the issues when installing the second CPU and splitting the memory among both CPU's (32G RAM for each CPU). 

If you see an error message while trying any memory on B1, we may need to suspect if the memory slot is broken.
