T620 CPU temperature

Question

Hi, I have PowerEdge server T620 with Two cpu E5-2670. Bot of them temperature is near 70 С. (Idle is 70 and under full load max 76) Is this normal temperature for that CPU with 056JY6 heatsink?

iDRAC reporting that two fans is working fine.

If I start heavy loading on CPU fans staring at 35-45% and CPU temp drops to 67-69.

After Upgrading iDRAC to latest version fans going to 50% and CPU temp now 50-57 Idle and 66 max under heavy loading.

I have:

2 Fans on my System.
6 HDD
2 Xeon E2-2670 CPU

I'm wondering where can i get additional fans for T620 System?

I have 2 PCI-E cards: 1 PERC H710 Adapter and 1 PCI-E SSD drive. MGDM0 pars is OK but does this assembly support 8WXRC fan?
