Did you have latest BIOS and iDRAC FW installed on the server? Can you also confirm whether T4 card installed on the supported slot. You can refer below link for details on supported slot.

I am not quite sure how to read the riser config.

My riser card has written RISER 2 on it and has 2x8 pci and 1x16 pci

The card is in the 1x16.

BIOS is the latest and the card is recognised in GPU in iDRAC enterprise

Can you share similar details of other risers (Rise 1 and 3) on the server so that we can figure out exact riser combination. If possible share 5 digit part# of each risers.

Hello, since this GPU card has passive cooling, I saw that different users talked about the common problem in different models the temperature increases if the airflow in the system is not smooth and sufficient even when it is idle status. I even saw on some blogs that they make the alternative fan adapter from the 3D printer. At this point, I would suggest that you try to find the most optimal setting on the server's cooling. The card is plugged on the 330-BBLT ont the 16x slot

Is T4 card if from Dell?
