Hi,

It’s most likely that your diagnostics version isn’t up to date, hence the ‘unknown’. Please check your version. Are you on Windows? https://dell.to/2CBAbTK

Or you can try creating a bootable USB with this then run the diagnostics. (Please be careful with the existing USB data)
