Update Firmware HotPlug PCI controller problem

Hi,

I have а server Dell PE6300. I updated its firmware ESM into version "a42", when having programmed firmware Hot-plug PCI controller, an error appears at the server. When the server  was rebooted a message was shown "Hot-plug PCI controller not present" during POST. Now Hot-plug PCI controller does not function. All indicators from a server back side are permanently lighting. At attempt to reprogram the server does not recognise Hot-plug PCI controller.

How it is possible to program firmware the Hot-Plug PCI controller?
